Booking Process

1. Secure Your Slot with a 50% Deposit
   To confirm your booking, a 50% down payment is required. Once payment is made, you'll receive an official booking confirmation email.

2. Choose Your Shoot Date
   After booking, we’ll confirm if you'd like to shoot on graduation day or before the day, and we’ll also collect details like preferred outfits, locations, and any extras.

3. Shoot Day (If On Graduation Day):

• Arrive 1 hour before your ceremony to pick up your gown

• Mini photo session (5–15 minutes) immediately after gown pickup (while makeup and outfit are fresh) inside TRU Alumni Hall

• We’ll capture you receiving your certificate on stage

• After the ceremony, we’ll have a full shoot with friends and family

Add-Ons

• Makeup Services – Add a professional makeup session for just $80
  We'll help you coordinate with our makeup artist to ensure you’re camera-ready.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Can I shoot before my graduation day?
Yes! You can choose to shoot on a separate day if you'd like a more relaxed, styled session.

2. Can I include friends and family?
Absolutely! All packages include friends and family.

3. Is makeup included?
Makeup is not included in the base package but can be added for $80. We’ll book and coordinate it for you.

4. When will I receive my photos?
Your edited photos will be delivered within 48 hours. Framed prints and photobooks may take a few extra days depending on the production schedule.

5. What if I miss my shoot?
If you cancel at least 72 hours before, your deposit is refundable or transferable. After that, it can only be used for a future date.

6. Can I pay in full upfront?
Yes! You’re welcome to pay 100% upfront if that’s more convenient for you.
